Veolia completed the $3 billion acquisition of Clean Earth in June 2026, doubling its U.S. hazardous waste business and becoming the second-largest provider in the market.

Our consultant is leading the program to migrate CE data, apps, networks to the Veolia network. The scope of the program is below and is shared with other Program managers.

• CE APPs Workloads (hosted on Azure and Lumen) migration to Veolia Subscription

• KOH business unit currently manages their function in a legacy MS Access application. It is standalone application that has served well but has outlived its functional usefulness.

• The project was initiated to migrate the MS Access functionality in SAP S4 suite 2021.

• Our consultant managed the RFP and Vendor interview process and help select a SI for this implementation.

• He also implemented the PMO governance process with the help of Smartsheets tool. RAIDD, Parking lot, Change request, RTM, Project plan, UAT process, Cutover, Go-live and Hypercare are being managed using Smartsheets and Sharepoint.

• To expedite the daily SAP support, process our consultant created a SAP user creation program to process a user load file with multiple users and email them and their manager upon successful user creation. Also helped create a program to migrate approved SAP transports from SAP DEV to the QA server every 15 minutes.

Flowers Foods is the second largest producer and marketer of packaged bakery foods. They operate 47 bakeries and currently they are working on migrating them to the S4 cloud platform from SAP ECC 6.0 system.

• Our consultant managed the transition of two bakeries to the S4 2023 cloud platform from release 2020 for S4, SLP, PI/PO, VIM, xECM, MDG, GRC and SAPGUI components. Handled the Cutover and Hypercare phase as well. Worked closely with the partners to capture and create a holistic project plan. Tools used were SharePoint, MS project and Clarity.

• Our consultant managed the Cutover and the Hypercare phase of one bakery transition to S4 2023 system from ECC.

• Every detail from Technical, Business, Integration ramp down and ramp up, Communications was captured in MS Project plan.

• Our consultant managed the transition of three bakeries to S4 2023 from ECC 6.0 by creating a holistic plan to drive the build and for Cutover and Hypercare phases.

LLM embarked on an ambitious transition from their home-grown system to S4 suite 2023 system for modules such as OTC, P2P, FI, Supply chain and Integrations.

• Our consultant's responsibilities as the Cutover manager were to manage the transition of the business functions, Integrations, SAP transports into the new system with minimal disruption.

• Migration of Master and Transactional data was the critical path in the project

• Cutover process was divided into six phases starting with Business readiness, IT readiness, Operations ramp-down, Start of Cutover, Black out window, Controlled release and General release.

• Our Consultant managed it with weekly meetings with each workstream BPOs, their SAP functional and tech leads and the SI leads.

• Inputs were captured in a timeline view first and then expanded into a MS Project plan.

• Several plan readouts were conducted with all the resources

• The Cutover plan execution was managed by our consultant, and each phase schedule was met.

Our consultant got an opportunity to work at Livent.       

• Due to Brexit finished goods made in UK were subjected to a surcharge.  To mitigate the impact the tax the SCM SME’s decided to create a new US plant and route the goods thru’ it.

• Once the solution is developed it went thru' a UAT and then Cutover phase.  

• Our consultant developed a UAT playbook with the help of the Project team and the Stakeholders and managed the test phase for 2 weeks.
