A Certified Salesforce Consultant, Lisa has experience working in large customized orgs, as well as in smaller targeted orgs with a focus on sales enablement. She has implemented Sales Cloud, Pardot, SalesLoft, Outreach and customized the nonprofit starter pack to work with Salsa Labs. Tools include Remedyforce, Copado, Pardot, and Azure DevOps.
As a former SAP consultant working in technology marketing, she found Salesforce's approach ideal for managing clients and events in that it provided an easy, customizable solution. She later worked with a nonprofit to align their business processes with Salesforce functionality. She has also helped nonprofits with Salsa Labs integrations. Her work for a telecommunications company allowed the opportunity to utilize her marketing experience to work on Salesforce campaigns and lead categorization according to the buyer’s journey utilizing Hubspot. She has also configured the Pardot Lighning App and and provided campaign support via email campaigns with Pardot. Her work in sales operations is extensive, including requirements gathering, evaluating, configuring and training for tools from AppExchange partners that support seller productivity, management, training and mentoring tools, including ExecVision, SalesLoft, Outreach.io, InsideSales, Radius, WideAngle, InContact and D&B. Industries have included nonprofits, higher education, wholesale lumber, healthcare information systems, financial services, building industry, telecommunications and insurance.
